I have shopped twice with Rope Source - recently and back in 2015. In both cases, due to moving around the country, I had to amend my order. Rope Source were wonderful with their customer service and helped in every way possible to ensure that my order arrived at my new destination in a timely manner. Thank you. Both packages ordered and they were delivered within 3 days. Very pleased with quality of both the decking rope and rope cup hooks for decking posts. Finished item looks very good. Thank you for your prompt action

We've placed two large orders of macrame cord in the last 12 months. On both occasions the orders took months to arrive and required repeated emails chasing updates, payment, invoices and delivery estimates. At times these went completely ignored.When we finally received our most recent order it included colours we didn't order. Sending them back was a painful rigamarole with it taking 4 emails to finally confirm they could be returned for a refund but basic questions like what address would you like them returning to?" Went ignored. We finally just gave up and sent them to the address on the website and have had an email issuing us with a credit note. So now we're chasing a refund.The colours shown on the website don't make much sense

Easy to order and pay, fast delivery within 48 hours for my order. Quality product perhaps better than expected as prices are low compared to other suppliers. I would definitely recommend this company without hesitation. Their customer service is also second to none, fast response and clear communication.

I've been buying macrame cords from Rope Source for a while now and the cords are great quality, decently priced, the website is easy to navigate (considering the massive variety of ropes they have) and delivery is fast as well. Can't complaint.

Brilliant range of macrame cords and colours. Have used Ropesource for a while now and they are prompt with delivery. I do prefer the No3 cord than the No38 cord as it holds its structure better as I find No38 too fluffy and thick. Think postage can be a bit steep.

Our cat's scratching post had seen better days, so I needed a decent length of sisal rope to fix it. Rope Source had the best selection and collecting was no problem. Excellent quality and very nice people. Price is very competitive, so I can highly recommend Rope Source.
