The quality of service we received was first class from start to finish.I work an early shift on weekdays, and Stuart from the Frasers servicing team was extremely accommodating, allowing me to drop my car off in the afternoon and providing a courtesy car to use overnight, which was of a good standard.I received an email confirming the car was ready before midday the following day.I would highly recommend Frasers for any servicing needs for your MG. Frasers Cars were really helpful and I'd recommend them because my sales agent David was very professional, pleasant and knowledgeable about the MG products, he was helpful in getting assistance from other department if we needed. You would expect that there would be a good attitude of service when meeting for the first time and completing a sales transaction but each time we visit for whatever reason, all staff were very friendly and approachable and always had smile on their faces. They made me feel welcomed. Had one issue with my vehicle after purchase and even though the appointment was a bit far, they managed to rectify the issue very quickly. I was quite surprised and pleased. I have not regretted my decision purchasing with them.
