I got a bargain tool box from this company and put all the pieces in the right places and I was 2 items missing. I emailed photos over and I was sent the missing items in the post and they arrived the next day. What a great company. Very efficient!

I haven't made a purchase yet, but defo buy from here after yesterday's visit and help whilst researching a petrol generator.Me and my friend visited the branch yesterday, we are both keen motorhome owners and both of us looking at generators for an external power source as we enjoy out of the way places as opposed to sites with electrical hook up..We were looking into generators and needed guidance and advice, we looked at the Clark and Honda models, and after speaking with the salesman we will opt for the more expensive Honda as the sound impartial help regarding suitable models and warranty / service/ reliabilityThank for your help guys we will return for our purchases in a couple of weeks for sure

I would give 0.5 stars but isn't an option unfortunately.Usually when I visit the store there is a general feeling that you are not welcome and being watched from a distance (Could be because there is no one else in the store on every visit).On my most recent visit I did not feel welcome once again and customer service goes along way in my books, so will take my business elsewhere.

Went into the Glasgow.store today 19.04.2022 with my parnter, and was very happy with the service that we both received parnter never been in store before today and was very happy with customer service and the staff was very nice and allowed us.both to walk.around and not watching us we were treated with respect and not treated like shop lifters

James is lovely man helped us out with a generator making sure the replacement worked before we left the shop ! Went out his way will buy from them againThank you so much

I have just spoken to Mark at the Glasgow Store, his knowledge on the items I am looking for was extremely helpful, and he was polite and extremely helpful. I would certainly recommend this business as their customer care is exceptional, which sadly seems to be lacking in many businesses today

I always thought this seemed a good store and the guys are generally pretty helpful ,Until you have a problem that is !Then you see this company for what it really is ....................Woeful ! Blatant disregard for any consumers rights , customer services attitude is take it or leave it , Beware when buying anything electrical like power washers or boost packs etc I have had a bad experience with both and so far I,m down nearly £500 . Speaking as a business owner and someone who has had to jump through hoops to keep my customers over the years I have been truly sickened by the performance of this mob.
