Just Tyres

Had a front tyre taken out by the Pot Hole near B&Q..... Called on the day and got a time slot for a couple hours later. The guys were very helpful and did a great job. Very efficient.

Had a tyre bulging at it’s wall due to a pothole and desperately needed it changed to see my son the following day for his birthday. Nowhere else had my tyre size in stock or they were too busy. I was greeted by Ryan who went above and beyond staying late to get my tyre done for me in time. Really friendly member of staff who was a huge help. 10/10 for his customer service and hard work. Will be returning for future business. Good prices too.

This branch is very poorly run. Had an appointment for 11- walked in to find 2 people ahead of me waiting, with only 1 employee expected to man the phone and do the work. He was also on the phone presumably to his manager complaining what a bad place this was to work at.He then had to tell a customer that his tyres had not been delivered and couldn't be changed. He then took well over an hour to try and change 4 tyres for another customer (who in turn had had his appointment rearranged twice).Just Tyres used to be good, and it might not be across every branch, but this one seems to be in chaos. Avoid at all costs.

I would like to express my disappointment with services from just tyres. Firstly i came to buy tyres in may with a broken phone screen and i expressed my need for firestone. Consultant told me that its sold online i need to make a plan to go and do that even when my screen was broken.I bought the tyres then had them fitted in June 2023 now august problems now need to pumped with pressure. I went to your services in Basingstoke just received not a good service that the consultant even promised to lock the car in and rolled the roll door for it. When i brought in my car for changing of the tyre i had driven for a year and 6months with my old tyres no need for pressure. I was only advised that the threads are gone to buy new tyres. The rim where never bent and when i came out from the tyre fitment rim was bent, i thought they had diffulties in removing them never thought it will cause me problem and never complained . I have been told that there is a whole on my newly changed tyre near the rim and the possible explanation i could have hit a pot hole as its allegedly inside. When i bought the car the rim caps werw around and there has never been a tyre change and rims where never croaked.Was it wrong decision for me to come and put tyres in your company just a a month and half driving with it the tyres damaged?Two of the tyres that were changed only need pressure the old back ones no what kind of a service is this?Now the area manager today was with me what a kind area manager that you come with 2 front tyres complaining and he checkes the whole tyres and finds also the back wheel has a bent rim and a puncture !!!!!!!!.All i wanted is those patched 2months old tyre that got a pothole near the rim to be sent to the manufacturer but my spare's hole is small wow. All i need is suck my disappointment and go and look for money for a new tyres.Sad indeed all i was running away from getting a second hand tyre has found me on a new tyre.

Just popped in as had two nails in back tyres . Lovely chap got the nails out and didn't charge me . We made a deal I would go there for my next lot of tyres . Many thanks 5 star service

We had excellent service! We had a blowout on the motorway and needed our tyre replaced urgently. All the other tyre services were too busy to help except for Just Tyres.

Came in the other day with my sons new car, the lads working were absolutely brilliant. They advised us to get the front tyres changes because they were bordering illegal and they recommended coming back in a month or 2 to get the rears and the front pads done as they were looking to be getting abit low.Wonderful service, well done boys.
