Smarty's Dry Cleaners

I use smarty's dry cleaners for my Airbnb holiday rentals. They always collect and deliver on time, also flexible in short notice. Highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable and quality service.

We have used this shop a number of times. The woman behind the counter is really miserable and the customer service is awful. However, it is very local and they do a good job so we will carry on using them until I can find somewhere else.

I have been taking my bedding to Smarty's for almost 2 years, ever since we moved into the area. I have always been very happy with the quality of the service. But today I went to collect my laundry- for which I usually pay £12.90 on collection, and the ticket was marked £12.90, but I was in fact charged £17. There was no point in arguing with the kind and polite woman who works there, it was not her fault and she also seemed dismayed. I have left another batch there, to collect next week, but if they do not reduce the price - and I will accept a small increase, even to £14, but this £4.10 is ourageous - and if I am still charged £17, it will be my last visit to Smartys. I can only vote with my feet. Hence the low rating.

Took my jacket to them as it had paint on it. Collected it today and it's good as new. Thank you!

Very satisfied. They cleaned my evening dress which had lots of stains. They managed to remove the stains with reasonable price.

Rude , and arrogant dry cleaners ....ruined my jacket...court action to commence. MOHAMMAD REZA KADKHODA ZADEH is the owner. He makes out he just works there, interesting.

This dry cleaners offers a range of services. They usually turn things around in a week. Duvet service worked well.

Great shirt service. £1.95 a Shirt is almost half of what I used to pay to my old dry cleaner. amazing job.

Collected a brand new £200 dress from there to find the zip had been ripped out during the dry cleaning process & can't be opened and closed anymore. Paid £12 for the 'service'. I won't be back.
