Ryanair deserve all the poor reviews they receive.I've just been unfairly charged £95 because my 2 cabin bags were too big"

Honestly never really had a bad experience with Ryanair. The tickets are cheap and the service is good. The lauda planes are probably what brings them down, damaged seating, good service thought, and a loud ringing noise throughout the plane which we have never experienced. Overall alright. Cannot complain for the price.

Horrible workflow on bag check in. 1 staff member doing check in for four flights. I haven't seen such a slow and poor service on any airport.Judging on the overall rating of Ryanair on this airport looks like that's not a surprise at all, but poor performance is rather something regular here, which is thankfully not a standard on other airports and flights run by Ryanair.

There isn't anything good to say about the company. I asked my wife never to book anything with them as I refuse to use them as they are the absolute bottom of the pit in air travel. Taking a number two in your hands and clapping is almost certainly a more enjoyable experience when compared to travelling with Ryanair.

Cheap fares, flights were on time… my main criticism is the bag drop… they seemed to have an abundance of staff managing the queue instead of jumping on the computer and helping shorten the queue. Creates a completely unnecessary stress before you even get to security. No other airline (both at Stansted or Alicante) had queues anywhere near the levels of Ryanair.

Had a return flight to Italy both flights were delayed two hours. Seats uncomfortable to sleep properly. As long as they arrive that’s all that matters but time on arrival will always be unimportant to Ryanair unfortunately…

This airline simply does not care about its passengers. On arrival in Tenerife around 8pm we were met by 2 ground crew armed with pieces of paper for us to fill out providing them with information with which to repatriate our bags. The flight had inexplicably arrived carry no luggage in the hold for its passengers. Information around what would happen was not forthcoming & that would have remained the case had I not taken a taxi back to the airport the following morning to spend the first day of my holiday seeking out a Ryanair representative who could let me know what was happening. At no point was an email or a phone call made. Hundreds were affected & the question which was never answered was how can a flight leave without bags? My belief is that it can only have in some way been financially beneficial to Ryanair for this to happen, they always put profits ahead of its clients. The only way this will change is if we vote with our feet & I intend to never give this shower another cent. You would think that an organisation would meet their legal obligations in respect of causing their clientele additional cost & inconvenience. But with Ryanair as this would eat into their profit margins they have other ideas. These being a ridiculously onerous claims process on their website that I am sure many would give up on. Then when you have navigated this hurdle they completely ignore the claim. When you then find a number & get to speak to someone they tell you to start the process again. I have just finished writing a formal complaint letter as a next step ahead of raising the matter with the aviation adr & then submitting a claim for breach of contract with the small claims court. I am so incensed I am treating receiving compensation from verminair as a new hobby and would urge others to do the same. How else will they start treating customers better.

Truly the worst airline operating in Europe. If you have any sort of issue, their customer service operations have been designed to be as infuriating as possible, in the hope that you'll just give up and let them keep your money. Incompetence is an essential prerequisite for all staff members.

Just awful. First and last time. I blame BA for cancelling my flight forcing me to have to use Ryanair. Sitting writing this an hour behind scheduled take off with no announcements or apologies whatsoever. Chaos boarding. We were priority boarding but so were 95% of the flight. People joking on the plane saying “typical Ryanair”. You have this reputation for a reason!

Pick any airline you can other that Ryanair. Absolute trash airline. I was charged because I booked my ticket with less that 24 hours and didn't immediately check in. Look at anyone wrong.. extra charge. Want to sit next to your wife on the plane? Extra charge. The best thing that could happen for all of Europe is Ryanair go out of business.
