Where do I start? I am normally the person that leaves a good review or doesn't leave a review at all!I have ordered a very expensive shoe storage unit from oak solution in May, yes May, so far it has not been delivered. Either because the company sells products that do not exist or they use a delivery company that uses a man with a wheel barrow to deliver their products.I have exchanged numerous emails and phone calls with them, always reassuring that it will be delivered next week, one of their staff Amit I think his name was even reassured me that he will personally chase it and get email me of phone me, by the time the phone call ended he probably forgot that I even exist!Avoid, avoid, avoid!

I placed an order for an item that was advertised as in stock for delivery in 5 to 10 days.My furniture eventually arrived 11 weeks later.The small print did state the item was made to order and could take up to 10 weeks. However the fact it was stated as in stock and delivery would be in 5 to 10 days led to me believe that would be the case.I did, politely, e-mail the company pointing out that their website was stating something that wasn't the case and perhaps it should be changed. I did not receive a reply and the website remains as it was.I don't mind 11 weeks if I know at the start that is what it is. I do mind when I am led to believe its 1 or 2 weeks.I particularly mind not even receiving a reply.They also used a 1 man delivery service to deliver what was a very heavy and unwieldy piece of furniture. Again this is stated on their website and is obviously to keep costs down. However even with my help (I am a 6'3 bloke) we struggled to get it in and I even managed to do myself an injury doing so.For anyone a little less robust the item would not have got off the lorry let alone into the house. I really felt for the delivery driver and he nearly cried with relief when he saw I would be able to assist him.For heavy pieces they really need 2 people to deliver as standard."

Initially a positive experience with a lovely bed being delivered with no issues.Second order was a large wardrobe. It arrived damaged and with one of the boxes missing (which was later found to have been delivered to another customer). They sent a company (homeserve) out to repair the item that had been delivered. The guy arrived having no idea what he was turning up to fix and didn’t have any spare parts with him. He ended up using a staple gun!Second part still hasn’t arrived so we can’t assemble the wardrobe. It’s been three weeks since the wardrobe was meant to be delivered and I have no confidence the other part will arrive before Christmas. Much of the problem seems to be with their courier “Kinetic logistics” who apparently dont have a phone number and who’s systems have been down for weeks causing delays. Could be a great company but feel very let down by this experience so far on over £2,000 of furniture orders.

Absolutely terrible service. Waited 8 weeks for delivery of rattan corner sofa. Given a date which was then changed 3 times only finding out when I rang them on each date. Every time I was promised it would arrive on the said date but there were always courier issues apparently. On the 3rd delivery change I gave up and requested a refund. Would definitely not recommend or use again. Totally shocking service and shame there wasnt an option to leave 0/5 stars

If we could give a zero score I would for customer service. An item was delivered to my mother on April 20th. It was delivered incomplete. Since then she has repeatedly tried to work with you to resolve this issue and this has sofar not happened. She still has the incomplete item boxed up ready for collection, which you have failed repeatedly to do. And you still have her money! She has made sure to be in when requested and you sent a single person to collect a heavy item! She works set days and has unformed you of this. Why do you insist on giving her days to collect when you know she is at work! 6 months is unacceptably time frame for this time to be continuing. Sort it out!

The most unreliable company with the worst customer service ever. Ordered many pieces of furniture for for our new home quite a lot of money, however after much distress and ongoing enquiry and battle with customer service our furniture arrived more than a month later than deadline given by the company. Once arrived slats of the bed were such poor quality that they had to be reordered, handles for two large sideboards were different to the ones we ordered originally, had to reorder those as well and wait a further few weeks. Were promised by customer service some sort of compensation that never happened. Wouldn't recommend.

Would have given zero stars if possible. Ordered a bench which came in a different colour. They then expect me to pay for returns charges. They still haven't refunded my money after 7 months! Do not buy anything from this company.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! From this place.To cut a long story short we ordered around 7 weeks ago through Amazon with the seller being oak solutions. Our order was around £1300.We waited patiently for it to arrive to have it now delayed twice in a week. And now they are saying we may have to accept a refund as it’s not in stock.How can we purchase it 7 weeks ago and only now saying it’s not in stock.We are very angry at the customer service and it’s quite frankly a joke.This time of year as well we will be lucky to get another from elsewhere.We now need to go through all the hassle of trying to get our money back.I REPEAT !!!!!!!Do not buy a thing from this seller

AVOID!!! My mum bought a couple of end tables as a gift - the driver was supposed to ring in advance of delivery, but he rang my mum's number in the States so the call didn't go through. I'd taken my kid to the doctor, so had left my key with a neighbour and had my phone never rang, and for days the delivery was just listed as due to arrive on the original day, with no update. Now they want a £50 missed delivery fee, when we didn't pay that much for the end tables originally. Really unimpressed - terrible customer service.
