After being screwed around by Vets4pets Kilmarnock, this surgery was recommended by a Pets at Home customer. Robert the Vet was a true Gent. He listened to my horrible experiences and immediately step in to help. Though he was well over subscribed with pets he happily allowed me to register my three with his practice. Angel underwent her spaying with ease, with no ill effects at all. I am totally delighted with the care and support I have recieved from Robert's surgery a true Gent and caring Vet. His support staff are amazing.

People have got to realise Pritchard vets is not Roberts, Pritchard was so rude and didn't care about small animals only money from large animals, robert went above and beyond whilst he worked at Pritchard vets but is outstanding in his own practice, he comes down to level of animals and is so empathetic to owners he will definitely go from strength to strength outwith bullish Pritchard vets whoalways so r

The vets in the clinic are incredibly caring, I have used them my whole life. Last week they were a huge support when deciding on the best care plan for my dog and were very caring and compassionate for my children during what was an incredibly difficult time

Thank you for everything, Agathas last week was comfortable and painfree. She passed away at home with her family and I couldn't ask for a better end for her. Thank you for organising her ashes and it was a lovely touch with the flowers and her urn is so pretty. She was a very special girl that I rescued and fortunately they knew her. Very professional and all the staff are just wonderful ❤️

Such a difference between this vet and those in the city. The Vet himself is excellent and seems to really care for our pets. They do not overcharge either. My dog had a double operation recently and I am so pleased with the results, he is back to full health after just 10 days. Highly recommended.

The practice is very thorough and persevere until they find out what’s wrong with your pet. They treat the pets (and owners) with respect and empathy knowing how worried the owner can be. Thoroughly good value too.
