Vicki spent over an hour with my German Shepherd Axel and myself recently, Vicki,s behavioural knowledge and ability to compare animal behaviour to human behaviour has really helped me correct how I reacted to Axel's behaviour and him to mine. I have known Vicky for several years and when I agreed to look after a friends very troubled dog whilst he was working abroad I asked Vicki for help with him. She is very knowledgeable, offering practical help and advise in a clear and concise way. All her methods were kind and considerate of the dogs emotions. Her help was invaluable in helping him become a happier, more contented boy, who went back to his owner with a clear plan going forward, I cannot recommend vicki enough she is always my ‘go to’ person if I need any help with my own dogs.
