I bought groupon voucher for back, neck and shoulder massage few months ago, after my first massage (which was so relaxing) I bought 5 other vouchers from Groupon, thought I will use one every month. The first massage was 45 minutes. The fine print said 1 hour including consultation so I was happy with that. But for the second massage, which was exact same type, I was only given 30 mins. I didn't say anything because I thought I may have bought a wrong one from groupon but it was the exact same as the first one. I ended up getting refund for all. Little disappointed considering the price I paid £24 per massage.Hi thanks for your response. You should get the fine print updated on groupon as it says 1 hour including consultation. If its only supposed to be 30 mins than its misleading for the customers. Thanks

Had a voucher as a gift for a massage but needed to rearrange. The manager told me if you cancel within 48hrs of your appointment you lose out, and that my voucher was now gone. If I wanted to rearrange I’d need to pay again! So rude and unfriendly and basically stole my money. So angry and unhappy, would not recommend.

I had a birthday gift of a deep tissue full body massage. I have never been here before so was unaware of what quality I would be receiving. I cant sing higher praise for the massage I received. Having a sister who is a fully trained therapist (I struggle to find someone who is as good as her) and have had some great massages in the past and this one was definitely up there at the top. Really firm attention to trouble areas, fantastic technique and some useful advice for after.If there was one thing (and this is me being really picky) due to the size of the salon the massage room is right onto the main floor meaning you can hear everyone's conversations. It's not actually terrible but perhaps a thick curtain over the door could create a more relaxing atmosphere.I will 100% be going back!

Bought a Groupon voucher for a massage it was the worst experience I've ever had. The owner was rude and insulting, I felt uncomfortable. Poor value for money, it's absolutely the worst massage I've ever had ever the whole time I've lived in Glasgow. The place seems cheap and dirty. The shop needs a real good scrub in there, along with the owner. I don't know how this place is in business. Would not recommend this filthy hole. Plenty more out there. Stay away.

I have went in today for Micro-dermaabrasion Facial and Georgia had done it for me. Absolutely incredible experience and I will definitely be back with my mother soon. Thank you.

Bought a itison voucher for gel nails and toes. Asked for white on my toes, girl was happy to do so. I'm guessing the blonde woman is the owner, without even being asked her opinion pipes in aw I don't like white on toes unless going on holiday

Would definitely recommend this salon, the staff were lovely & the treatments were great. It was the best massage ive ever had.

This was a clean well kept salon and the girls were lovely friendly and made you feel at ease, this was the first time I had been and would definitely recommend them. Suzanne my beauty consultant was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
