The staff are really nice and polite and will help you when they can,the biggest complaint I would have is the heat in the store there is no air con.

Dreadful shop, I bought a samsung tablet and when I got it home the speaker didn't work.I took it back and asked for a refund as I decided to buy new, I was told that I could only have a credit note or have it repaired.Since when did shops make up their own comsumer laws!Avoid at all costs!

Visited this store recently and i won’t be returning anytime soon, the smell was awful, musky and of cigarettes!! Staff weren’t very helpful or polite considering they didn’t look like they had much to do! No customer service , more interested in playing about on personal phones. I wanted to purchase an item I asked if I could check the battery compartment before purchasing to which all the batteries need in then item all corroded and leaked! I thought all these items were checked and tested?? Well this item certainly wasn’t!! Maybe instead of messing about on your own personal phones!! Do your job properly!

I've visited the store for many years and its always been a pleasant experience.The Staff are friendly and have helped answer many questions about technology.I've never to date had a Faulty purchase from the store which is quite something for second hand things like phones or laptops.All in all 5*-5*'s

What joke off store. Made us drive 30 mins with 100 items to then tell us they only wnat 2 of each even though the advert was a bulk buy!!!! The manger didn't even come down to show its face she got one of her laccys (that address you by bro") to tell us after we had carried the items 1/4 to the store by hand!!!! Absolutely disgraceful running of this store. Its absolutely STUNK of body odor when entering. I will NEVER go in this store again."
