not impressed with the returns policy. if i request notification prior to delivery i expect as much. i am extremely disappointed to find a damaged product in a poorly packed box delivered while i was away. i expect a better service for the amount of money handed over. very disappointed, lighting co. has lost a customer - save yourself time and money by shopping elsewhere

Beautiful shop - large choice of lighting as well as homewares - lots of pretty, quirky items both for own use as well as gifts.Friendly, helpful staff - looks like a well managed shop.All in all, a very nice shopping experience!

A few months ago I visited The Lighting Company for some ideas (on the very high recommendation of my mum). Richard was incredibly helpful and kindly looked at the plans for the house we are building. He spent lots of time talking with me, and he had some excellent ideas and thoughts for me to consider. He was very knowledgeable on the practicalities of lighting a space, as well as the lights they stock. They have a beautiful range. Now we are at the exciting stage of buying some, I have no hesitation in going in, and buying my coveted lights.

Great service & range of furniture & furnishings from the Lighting company. Ordered a large piece in store & it was delivered to us within half an hour. Very pleased with the product & great to see an independent trader take on a large unit in Taunton. Hopefully many more will follow.

They don't just have some amazing lighting in this store, but some very original and quirky furniture, pictures and decor.They have some wonderful pieces and it's a great place to visit to pick up some ideas to do something just that little bit different in your home.
