very poor service and attitude, refused to honor their wordavoid at all coststhere are plenty of other firms who offer the same products at better prices and services

We have been purchasing adhesive tape from Custom Tape for over 12 years. They are an excellent company to deal with and the tapes they produce are always top quality and exactly as ordered. They have recently helped us greatly by rushing through an order which we had forgotten to place.Thank you Custom Tape for all your help with this and for your great service and support over the years.

Placed an order with this company, they delivered the wrong product. Asked us to return it so they could check... we did so via tracked and signed delivery.After the product was delivered the sales rep said they hadn't received it despite it being signed and geo tracked to their warehouse.They then stopped answering our request for a refund or replacement.It seems like other people had a good experience with them, but for us personally it was one of the worst retail experiences we've had.
