I had the pleasure of meeting Rhona lynch who was representing my wife heather Thomson,my wife heather suffers from slight learning difficulties and dyslexia,but Rhona kept her up to date with how everything was going in language that heather could understand,it's been a long and stressful year and half but Rhone kept her at ease as much as you can under the circumstances, considering that you have never been in a court room having to defend yourself,,it was a long and exhausting day of the trial but watching Rhona and her professionalism at work was amazing she saw through the lies of the PFs witnesses and completely discredited them, heather won her case that day , just want to say Rhona is a credit and asset to Tod and Mitchell, heather was recommended to Tod and Mitchell from a friend now we are doing the same thing ,if heather or I have any need for solicitors in the future we we will be going back to Tod and Mitchell for the professional services again even although I have a friend that is a QC I would go back to Tod and Mitchell, once again Rhona and your team thank you very much from heather and I .Kind regardsHeather and David Thomson

Top class lawyers been with this firm since I was 16 so going on 20 years now. I was represented again by Paul lynch today and yet again another result for me. Paul Lynch represented me at court, in a charge that would of been career ending for me. Even though it was only the first trial diet, and the Procurator Fiscal had pushed for adjournment of my trial, Paul opposed the motion.
