Jollyes - The Pet People Scunthorpe

It's a good job I'm reviewing the store and not my dog.I used the self-wash (apparently, not just for dogs judging by my t-shirt and trousers).The machine itself is easy to use - pop in your tokens, push the button and away you go. The shampoo and conditioner settings seem to be running a bit lean, but that might just be because it was late in the day and they girls haven't had chance to top it up? I would've asked, but my dog dragged me out of there so fast she made Usain Bolt look like a snail. The lass behind the till did look unsure as to whether she needed to call for help, or the Guinness Book of World Records.The restraint chain is definitely well secured to the tub. My fuzzy git definitely tested that!Overall, 30 minutes for £15 and I have a dog that smells sooo much better and got all of her loose undercoat out.Dog review: Grr. Hate it. Hate dad. Grr.

Visited the store yesterday for the first time used the self groom room on both my dogs. Great value for money. The two ladies on the desk one was called Caroline did not catch the other girls name but they both where very helpful even brought the dogs some treats while I was washing them.

It was my first time in going to Jollyes in Scunthorpe yesterday and l think it will be the last. I asked a lady with a blonde bob if she could show me where the dog brushes was l think she was the manager she took me straight to the dog brushes then l went to checkout the girl was so not interested l was with my Mum she said the same.

Lovely shop! Got everything. Some items are a bit expensive though..

Store manager had a bad attitude and refused to honour the deal that they had advertised in store

Found dead fish in the bottom of the tanks, some recent and some skeletal remains. Told the staff and they said they'd sort it but it just shows how often they clean the tanks out (or rather don't clean) if they didn't notice. Won't be purchasing anything from here if that's how they treat the animals.

Amazing place for all your pet needs goos prices and some very good offers.
