Edel on reception got myself and my son sorted for an emergency. She was very efficient and kept me updated the whole time while trying to fit us in for an emergency appointment. Wouldn't go anywhere else!

Lovely and courtious staff. Edel (the Practice Manager) and other front desk staff are brilliant.The Hygienist, Zara, was brilliant and good. Their committment and professionalism is second to none. Highly recommended

Visited O Farrell & Staunton today for appointment. I was checked in almost immediately and I was seen at my appointed time. Reception and waiting area was clean and tidy. The receptionist, I think it was Edel, was friendly, efficient and very professional. She has a good rapport with clients which helps put you at ease. An asset in a dental practice. My dentist Niamh was extremely professional and explained all steps of required procedure. Fees were as I expected. Overall, an excellent dental practice.

Edel, the receptionist, was the kindest, most empathic professional I've dealt with in a long time. She went out of her way to accommodate me and my son and she was warm and gracious with it. A joy to work with. A friend of ours, visiting from LA, needed a crown replaced and I recommended this place to him and Edel similarly was the nicest person" to him too. Highly recommended."

First class service at O Farrell & Staunton 17th July.I had an appointment with hygienist and my teeth were super sensitive but she handled it so well.Edel was busy cleaning downstairs and after I had remarked how clean and fresh the areas was she swiftly organised a follow up treatment with no hassle. Great staff!

I managed to get an emergency appointment today, just two hours after contact. I was so impressed with the equal measure of kindness and professionalism from Edel in reception. I needed to feel safe and seen, and that is what I received, from Edel, to the dentist and the dental nurse. Going back tomorrow to complete the work. Excellent service in terms of care and timely appointments. I have now decided to move from my previous practice to O'Farrell and Staunton. Can't recommend highly enough.

Previously I have had very bad experiences with Dentists in the past. Here I feel at ease and have not had any bad experiences. All the staff are very friendly and helpful absolute pleasure to deal with. There is never any unnecessary work done only what is needed. Highly recommend this practice. Keep up the great work 5*.
