The Storage Team York - Self-Storage Units

I used Go Store to store all our household belongings as we waited for a house purchase to go through and I was delighted with the efficient and friendly service I received from whoever I dealt with. The facilities - even the customer toilets - are superb and the phone app for gaining access works well and is simple to use. I had occasion to also use their van to collect a stray item and I was amazed that it was offered at no cost. Highly recommended.

Very friendly team, welcoming and attentive to our needs, very capable and focused on providing the right storage for our needs. We've recently completed a transatlantic return home and as such found ourselves in quick need for some extra room while we sort things through. Ashleigh and the team got us up and running and sorted very quickly. Excellent service and facility.

As a local charity, Go Store at Monks Cross couldn't have been more supportive. It was the first time we'd had the need for storage and they made us feel so welcome and talked us through the process. Facilities are high quality and incredibly secure. Really impressed, thanks to Jamie and the team.

Go Store York staff are always cheerful and chatty when you go to the site. I often get a friendly wave from the staff when I pop to my unit. Recently I was in need of extra space and they were more than happy to talk me through the various options and come up with the one that suited both my needs and my budget.They know their clients well enough to hold conversations no matter how long between chats which is lovely and makes you feel like it’s a friendly and safe place to be.Genuine friendly staff always looking out for your interests and are quick and efficient at meeting your storage needs.Storage prices are excellent and the invoice system is reliable and easy.Absolutely would recommend

Exemplary service- this company went above and beyond to help ease the pain of moving house . Genuinely friendly service from booking to using the facilities, very professional with that personal human touch that you need during what is a very stressful process. Everyone we dealt with was knowledgeable and gave great advice in a calm and considerate manner . I would totally recommend GoStorage and will definitely use them agin.

Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about all the services offered. Ashleigh took her time to explain everything in detail to us especially the contract. Nothing was too much trouble. The facility is very clean, secure, and prices are very reasonable. Will happily use this facility again.

I would give Go Store 10 stars if I was able to. Jamie and his team were incredible from start to finish. I described my items and they got the size estimate bang on, they offered refreshments after a long journey and were so flexible with arrival dates and times even welcoming our removals men like their own customers. The service has been fantastic and I would not hesitate to recommend Jamie, Alec and the wider team to anyone needing storage space. Having rented various storage units in the past, this business goes above and beyond, the price is great and the facility is super clean and safe. Well done team. Jack
