Since they changed to Cloud, it's gone downhill. Uncomfortable home made seating, which doesn't look safe, plastic cups and poor food selection. Used to be my first choice in Crookes for a coffee but has dropped down the list.

Cloud’s Coffee is very good but expensive for what you get with Crookes not being city centre based. Much more space then whale town and on the way to being a cute little cafe.My main issue with Cloud was them having a party in full view of crime scene and screaming and yelling when a young victim passed away only a few 100 yards away and they have still not made a statement/post/apology/acknowledgement/nod/anything about this. It was disrespectful and unfortunately not a good welcome to the community. Those outside said they didn’t realise what was happening but the 6+ police cars and csi crime scene tent (in full view of the shop) was surely sign that something awful had happened and probably not the time or place for a party/drinking in the street.Boss Level Karen review I know but you won’t get support from your community, if you don’t support your community first.

Stumbled across this little gem the other day and was highly impressed. I was greeted by a couple of lads behind the counter who took time to recommend a brew that was right for me - and I loved it! Great looking pastries and sweet treats too, would highly recommend

These guys know how to source and brew a coffee that could not be any better. Customer Service is paramount here and it takes the coffee from 10 to 11. Highly recommended.

This place is great. The coffee is delicious from pour over to flat whites. The staff are really friendly with great recommendations.

The boys are lovely, they take their time to make sure you get the coffee you like! Food and pastry’s from depot bakery which is delicious, it’s still new but it keeps getting better by the day!
