Very good service. We had problems getting a photo of my wife accepted by Passport Office online including an uploaded professional photo. Went to Paul who took a photo uploaded a code within 10 minutes. I uploaded the code within an hour we had an email to say application approved. A week later passport arrived!

Having tried to take a passport photo at home, with very poor results, I then tried Boots, who no longer do them and tried Jessops, who have not yet re-opened in Bath and not liking previous results from photo booths, I googled 'Passport photos in Bath' and was very pleased to find Paul. The reviews were good and the studio near the city centre, so having made an appointment I was delighted with the quick efficient service and the excellent results. My online application has now been accepted, which is a great relief!

My family needed photos for emergency travel documents, Paul was very accommodating and made an appointment available for us right away. The studio is a lot of fun and we were made to feel right at home.More importantly, we had the correct size and format photos in minutes, and were able to secure our docs without stress.

Went there August 2020 for a CV/businessy photo.Very good price. I mean... you get people that charge £200 for what he charges £60 (or £40 in my case).But Paul is also professional, has a good camera, ability with Photoshop and is knowledgeable of techniques/poses/styles and such.Relaxed, informal and friendly environment.FYI:--> A bit hidden down an alley--> No air conditioning so don't go there in extreme heatwave

Very professional service. Paul was able to produce both digital and print copies to meet the highly demanding requirements for a Chinese Visa. I would definitely go again if I ever need another visa photograph.

Great service! I hate my my passport photos but this was the best one I've ever had taken. Definitely worth the price! I was also happy to find out that I can have the photos re-printed at any point if I need more (and for less money). Thank you!
