Helen and her team were very helpful in responding quickly to a request for assistance regarding the feasibility of altering a property that we were considering purchasing. Unfortunately the acquisition didn't proceed on this occasion however we would certainly not hesitate to contact Helen again in the future if / when another opportunity arises.

Excellent bespoke architects, a pleasure to work with. Helen Lucas and her team, especially Claire Metivier, delivered our house on time and under budget in the NW of Sutherland 250 miles from Edinburgh. We now own a very beautiful house built with great attention to detail on a tricky wet, rocky site. Featured in Scottish Homes & Interiors magazine.

We first worked with Helen Lucas Architects back in 2014 when we undertook a major extension and refurbishment of our hotel in NW Highlands (Kylesku Hotel). I could not praise the whole team highly enough. Their inspirational designs (which complemented and didn't compete with the exceptionally beautiful area); their positive, helpful and professional approach; their delivery and support were all first class. We had an incredibly tight build window of just a few months- over the winter. All went to plan. It enabled us to take our business to the next level. Indeed, since then we have worked on 2 more projects with them in 2016 and 2017. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and would encourage anyone thinking about a new build or extension to go for it! You won't be disappointed and will end up with a building that is as inspirational, beautiful and well thought through in every detail.
