Massive queues. Need to make every one pay before they get to the gates. I will go to Vue or arts cinemas from now on. The car parks work there.

No signage to explain parking procedure. This is not a pay and display. They use number plate readers and you pay just before you leave.

Terrible experience trying to get out as ramps are too narrow with very tight corners for a larger car. I was driving a Lexus RX450h and on second attempt scraped drivers side rear door and caught mirror. I was taking it extremely slowly and wished I had more space to back up for a third attempt. I shall never return there.

Ideally situated for the Junction. Reasonable price and no problem with the payment machine. The ramps are narrow but I could get round in my Jeep and there were plenty of other 4x4s in there. You just have to drive carefully. Clean and the lifts we’re working.

A scam of the very finest kind. Signs say it's £1.50, but computer says £2. Signs say local businesses can validate to bring it down to £1, but computer says no. Pay machines at the foyer will take your card, only for the barrier to say you need to pay again. These scummy, scammy pricing practices, combined with the tightest ramp corners to ever grace this earth and a broken lift, means that parking here isn't advisable to those with hypertension.

The location is fantastic, especially if visiting Cambridge Junction. The ramps are a tight fit but take it slow and don't be careless and they're very manageable. It's not as harrowing as people make it seem. Prices are decent, especially if you validate. Just check the website on how to pay.

Went for daughters birthday treat. Previously went a year ago ...was lovely. However this time was very disappointed.Had to pay full price for children because of height, despite their age.Toilets were not clean, was very dirty..Food was OK, some was lovely but was disappointed this time, emailed them but was no response.
