1 because I can’t give “0”Useless and rude.I went on Monday to have two keys cut.When I went home only one worked so I went back today and explained the problem, it wouldn’t even go all the way in.It wasn’t the same guy but he was there on Monday too.When he gave me the new key I could see there were two extremely small differences from my original key and I said to him that that’s probably why the first key they cut wasn’t working.He very rudely said he couldn’t see any difference from my key and the new one and told me to go and try it and if it didn’t work he would give me a refund.I came home, tried the key and in fact it doesn’t work.So now I have to spend an other hour to go back and explain everything again.So fed up of such poor and rude customer service.

I had the most terrible experience at this Timpsons with the bearded, stocky manager in his early 60s on Friday.I have an Omega Seamster watch with a lifetime battery replacement card purchased at this Timpsons about 18 months ago.I tried to use my card for the first time to get the watch battery replaced.From the beginning, he was rude, abrasive and unhelpful.Firstly he snatched the watch and quickly claimed the card does not match the watch. I said it does. He then desperately scanned the card and gleefully pointed at the date stating what is this!" I said "LT" is written there. He said

I visited the shop last week for my keys for a few properties I have, I was greeted by a very friendly person. i think his name was harri, and he sorted my different keys very quickly. I've just finished checking all the keys work, I'm very happy with all of them, and I will be back to use the Richmond shop next time I have a lot of keys that i need sorted.

I took my watch to your place last year and paid £60 for a lifetime warranty which didn’t bother me at all.Well, not long ago I had to take it again because the watch stopped working but it turned out it wasn’t the battery!, so I sent the timepiece back to Tissot and they came back to me with quite the disturbing news that they have to re-service the entire watch because of carelessness during replacing the battery an year ago!I can send you their professional statement and I think it only makes sense if you paid the bill and pay me back for “repairing” my watch!

Bad customer service! I Went in this Richmond shop today after getting keys cut at Selfridges branch which were no good. Straight away the guy was asking what am I suppose to do about it". After explaining he cut me a new set from the original key. I went back home. Again they were faulty. Took them back to Richmond. He said it was not his problem and I should go back to Selfridges

Great fast friendly service, six keys cut in around 5 minutes. They cost £45, not cheapest but certainly not the most expensive which was £54. Robert Dyers was by far the cheapest if their robot cutter could recognise the original, it would have cost £28.

The first thing to note is Timpsons in Richmond is expensive, maybe because each branch charges what it thinks the local market can afford.The second is that the engraving service is poor. Cheap looking laser engraving - really not worth almost £40 to have it done.Timpsons as a company does a lot of good but I wouldnt recommend the Richmond branch.

I took my watch to have my battery replaced and he told me it would be £19.99 which I thought was very expensive. I am an elderly person and I cannot afford that. I walked all the way to Timpsons in Sainsburys who replaced my battery for £9.99. Shame on these people.

Fast and efficient key cutting. I've noticed they have a huge selection of key types. You can also buy and repair shoes. Very informed and gave me good advices.
