Constantly had to chase for a quote on repairs to a car. On connecting the call i was met with an abrupt response and told to call back because they were in the middle of a job. Called back 2 days later, told they would find the quote and call back that day.Next day i called to chase AGAIN. Was told they'd call back. I chased again as it was a Friday afternoon. Told they couldn't find any details on the inspection or vehicle so couldn't provide a quote.Abrupt, frankly rude telephone manner from the staff who, you would like to think would be after the work and willing to inform customers of the prices of repair work. Not the customer chasing for over two weeks.Will not use this business again.

No work done but lots of good advice regarding an insurance situation. Westlake's were recommended by my garage.

Had some work done to my vehicle and the quality of work was not good, could see marks under the clear coat especially being a red car. It's obvious it wasn't prepared properly as I also had red spray paint flickers on my window and on my rubber seals. I would avoid this place and search for a body shop with someone who takes more care in preparation!!! As this business seems to be quantity over quality, Staff seem to have a attitude problem when you've told them about faults you've found with there work but was nice as pie when giving me a quote and taking my money SO BE WARNED.... wish I done my research on this company before letting them work on my classic car, I shall be making others aware in my area and to stay clear.

I recently had my wings resprayed at Westlakes to address lacquer peel, and I must say, they did an excellent job. The quality of the work was commendable. However, I did have a minor criticism regarding some overspray that got onto my alloy wheels and a few specks on the bumper. Nevertheless, Westlakes promptly corrected these issues. The only downside was that the person addressing the overspray seemed a bit grumpy when I pointed out other spots. Apart from that, I am satisfied with the overall outcome of the respray. Westlakes delivered good quality work, and I appreciate their attention to detail.
