Shocking service by the two women on the tills today. They were too busy talking to service you or provide a decent level of service. They were also bad mouthing a mother who was a customer, very disappointing

Paid £32 for a 500ml bottle of hand sanitiser only for it to arrive with a broken dispenser, despite plenty of packaging. Very disappointing.I would like to add that, having contacted Mr Pets, they dealt with my complaint quickly and satisfactorily.
