Steve, Dave and Chris did a brilliant job, very professional, friendly and efficient. The journey from central France to Suffolk via Eurotunnel went smoothly and we felt both relaxed and safe. I had suffered a Non Stemi Infarction and my wife had a broken wrist. We cannot thank you enough.

These guys are absolutely brilliant! Suzy and Eric are the kindest and most compassionate of paramedics. Collected my Wife from Gatwick at very short notice after an accident and subsequent operation in Athens. Brought her back to Devon with care and concern. They must be the dream team? Thanks so much - couldn’t have done it without you.

Completed my FREC3 course with ease. A really clear and concise structure to learning, fantastic facilities and resources. I really enjoyed this course and had great fun with the other course attendees. Discussed a medical repatriation with Hearts First. Waited 3 weeks for a quotation which I continually had to chase for updates. Once instructed to carry out the repatriation, communication was extremely poor. Eventually had to instruct another company to carry out the repatriation which was significantly smoother.

I did my FREC 3 course with HFAS run by Dennis, brilliant course and organised perfectly to bring out the best cohesion of learning and getting everyone on the course bonding really well and working as a team.Would highly recommend HFAS to anyone wanting to get the course

I work freelance for this private ambulance service and it’s a pleasure to go into work. The admin staff are brilliant, accommodating my professional needs, and expedient in their responsiveness. Brilliant experience using Hearts First Ambulance to get me to and from a hospital procedure. They were extremely quick at providing a quote and booking things in (less than 24 hours before I needed it). The crew on the day were very good, letting me go at my own pace and being very polite and caring. Could not fault them one bit.

So grateful for the care and attention given to us by Andy and Mick. Repatriated from our Mediterranean cruise after my husband had a detached retina and was unable to drive and feeling very shaky.
