I was in London visiting and coming from the US wanted to see if I could find a dealership with the new Honda Transalp 750...sure enough Motoden had all the bikes I was wanting to see. Although I couldn't bring one back to the US, Flynn was running the shop and was very helpful in answering questions. Go see Flynn at Motoden!

Ive rang 3 times over the last few days, and the phone has not been picked up once by their staff. After about 5 minutes waiting, the calls get diverted to their training team" who say they will pass my name and number on to the sales team. As of today i am still awaiting a return call from them. I shall be purchasing a new Honda scooter from someone else now. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL DEALERSHIP."

Purchased a Honda CB500x from Motoden. Sean was really great, gave me solid buying advice and much more info about owning and running a motorbike. Recommend if you are looking to buy from a Honda dealer.

Bought a new plate pcx from them in 21' , asked for the back plate to be opened so I can install a Box, they chipped the body work and said they will order the part and still to this day I haven't heard anything from them, once a sale is made that's all they care about. I would avoid this shop at all costs.

Bought my first bike here (Honda 125) at the end of last year. Knowledgeable staff and also fitted a top box ready for me when I went to collect. Went back recently to have it serviced (service centre is not at same site but 2 mins walk away)

I was blown away by the customer service from Will at Motoden Honda. I was actually planning to get an electric moped but thought I'd just check what was going at this shop when I was passing. The customer service from Will is the reason I decided to scrap the electric bike plan and go for a Honda (110cc Vision). Will made me feel so comfortable (it was my first buy). He talked me through everything, he was really honest and wasn't at all salesy". He stayed back after hours on several nights and even at the weekend to help with the sale (I work long hours in a school so was struggling to make it to the shop during opening hours). After I'd bought the bike he even offered to ride beside me on my way home and sent me a quick message to check I'd got back safely. Can't sing his praises loud enough. I am absolutely delighted with my bike and will be back to Motoden for services etc."

I have bought two bikes from Russell now and he is brilliant. Very honest and easy to deal with. Helps out and goes out of his way to ensure you are fully satisfied. I have been servicing my bikes with Motoden for years as it’s close to my work. The after sales and care is simply fantastic. Ryan goes out of his way to help and has done countless of times for me. From servicing, repairing, recovery and storage. He has done it all and has gone out of his way many times for me. This is my only go to place for anything motorbike.

Bought a new ADV350 here. Arrived after around a month. Russel had been really helpful and kind through the whole process.

Fantastic customer service, from start to finish; and beyond! A rarity in car sales I'm sad to say. Thanks Daniel for all of your help!

I visited couple of times regarding my Red Honda125and I found the team here was very friendly and good in dealing customer I would like to mention there names also, Ryan, Ian and Chris. Just because of their great service I travelled from Edgware to their shop whilst I have 2 motorcycle Shops on my Road.Thank you Motoden team for your help and amazing service.
