Great playground, been going for years and still keeps kids entertained. probably best for ages 2- 10. Also nice bit of grass for a picnic or a kick about. Oh, and not forgetting a coffee shop ☕

Horfield Common Playground
Great park with a variety of equipment including baby and big swings, 2 slides and a climbing frame. Currently undergoing some maintenance (18/7/20).Lovely cafe across the common doing drinks, ice creams and hot and cold food. Outdoor and indoor seating and a loo (this too is currently having building work).We park in Tesco car park which is just over the road!

Cafe on the Common run by volunteers is great. The fantastic hot food not allowed under covid restrictions but still great snacks and ice creams .Lots of sitting areas around the bowling green and tennis courts well socially distanced. They provide water for the dogs too. I was in the shadow area near the cafe serving area

Horfield Common Playground
Small but very well used playground at one end of the common. Combined with a game of football or/and rounders and a game of tennis at the courts next door makes for a very pleasant few hours of entertainment.

Great spot with lots of things for younger toddlers and older kids. Right next to a big green space as well and super close to Tesco so can often squeeze in a cheeky shop before or after visiting the park.

Horfield Common Playground
Good range of equipment for all ages from babies to school-aged children. The slide has recently been refurbished to get rid of the mud at the bottom and cover the hill with artificial grass. Much more fun and less messy. Always feels very safe and clean.

This is a plesant safe play area for young people. Also horfield comunity cafe here Ardar Bowles club have a green with a club house there's Tennis courts you can use/hire ,the skittles alley has been compromised at moment, As there is building works wrecking the club. There's no emergency / entrance you have to tromp over the skittles alley. Seems a selfish factor has set in .

This large enclosed area has well spaced, good quality play equipment There is a slide that is big enough to take both parent and child. Plenty to occupy your little monsters. Sadly there is no Roundabout or Seesaw.

Well equipped, fenced in playground. Lots of space. Kids love it and the cafe nearby is great for ice cream if they’ve been good!
