We needed a replacement shower in our main bathroom, Norfolk Home Services first determined whether it was repairable which is wasn't so fitted us with a wonderful new shower. We bought an old property and needed to replace the existing oil heating system. We considered switching to air source and discussed this with Ross. He explained the pros and cons off both systems and we eventually decided to stick with oil.Ross completely removed our old system replacing all the pipework and radiators. He installed a new external boiler and we had the water cylinder put in the loft.The system works great for us. Plenty of hot water and really good heating in all rooms. They did a great job!!Ross is really knowledgeable and was happy to discuss what options were available. We felt really confident with him and his team. They were all friendly, polite & professional and just got on with their work. I'm happy to recommend them.

Great service by Ross and his team. My ancient boiler got condemned, 2 engineers didn't want the job as access to the flu was difficult but I got recommended to Norfolk Home Services. 3 days after their quote my old boiler was removed and new boiler was fitted as soon as mortar had dried after brickwork. After having my old outdated boiler fail on me I called Norfolk Home Services to fix it, but after finding out the cost of the parts for my old inefficient boiler I decided to replace it with a new highly efficient boiler with smart controls.After a visit from Ross to talk about the installation the guys came round and quickly removed the old boiler, installed new one and set up the smart thermostat. The whole process was quick easy and faultless throughout, and I'm already seeing the benefit in lower gas usage.Such nice guys and so professional.I can highly recommend them to anybody and definitely will be using them in the future.

We used Norfolk Home Services twice in recent weeks; firstly to repair a leaking pipe under the sink in the kitchen having had a temporary repair carried out under our Home Emergency cover. We were quoted by our insurers that the job to do a permanent repair would take 8 hours, Ross came and got the job done in an hour! We spoke to him about a few other jobs we were looking to get done, and he was able to fit us in a couple of weeks later. Ross was very polite, professional, and extremely knowledgable answering any questions we had. Craig and Lewis who also attended the job second time around were also very polite and professional. We would definitely recommend and will be using again for future jobs.

This company replaced broken heating elements in our hot water system in the salon. Their repose was very prompt and worked quickly which was very beneficial as a commercial job. The work was priced reasonably and the staff where all very helpful throughout the process.
