Great job by Richard on my dearest 3 series! Initially needed a scratch removed but went for a full detail as well. Everything exceeded expectations and the car looks showroom quality again. Appreciate the time Richard spent going over every panel to make sure the job was done to the fullest as well as the extra touches done, he is very much a perfectionist! Thanks again

I rang Richard in the afternoon explaining that my engine needed cleaning after oil had spilt all over it after the oil cap was not put back on correctly. He fit me in the same day and cleaned it all for me, it looked amazing and the cleanest I’d ever seen it. He even cleaned and washed the outside of my car for free, which also looked amazing and he only charged me £25 for everything. He seemed a really genuine guy who does it as a hobby, I couldn’t have been more happy with the service I got and would certainly recommend him to anyone.

Richard transformed my old heap into a classic car I'd be proud to take to a show. It has been a 100% makeover inside & out, from hot towels on the steering wheel bringing the leather back to life, to sparkling alloys, gleaming pedals, & forensic cleaning of ALL the interior. As a bonus surprise, he steam-cleaned the engine bay ; it's mint, I've never seen under the bonnet look so good.With the passion & fastidious way Richard went about his business, it's easy to tell he actually enjoyed it & was pleased to return her to me 'factory reset'. All for a very very good price. We'll be returning with my fiancée's car for the next makeover. Thank you Richard, see you again soon!

My Volkswagen golf convertible went to Richard in a terrible state mouldy roof, steering wheel looked worn, brand-new by the time it came back ,inside, and outside Richard went way and beyond putting protective cover on body and hood , looked showroom, standard when I got it back .would recommend this business without hesitation.

With a very pleasant, friendly attitude, he booked me in for just a few days later.From there on, things only got better. Richard works in an extremely clean, tidy and well presented environment, and you couldn't wish to meet a nicer, more personable guy.When I collected my car, I was truly amazed just how well he had detailed my car and as for the engine bay, I have never seen it looking so pristine. Fantastic all round service from Bishop Auckland Detailing from start to finish. My car looks amazing now. The finish on the paintwork exceeded my expectations. All swirl marks and scratch’s have disappeared Richard has a passion for detailing and this clearly shows in his work. Fantastic attention to detail.
