Just another rip-off corporation that promises much but still refuses to provide paid for services. Like a 1970s cartel, separate offices argue the other should do the work, resulting in members being left without what they've paid huge amounts for!

Good to see the national office have regular member meetings, national meetings and public events offering ways to speak out about injustice and also take part. We all have a role to play in making a difference for decent jobs, services and housing.

I have been trying to get a response to a legal issue since Nov 2019. Shelley Phillips of south east division seems to just Ignore any form of correspondence. I have even emailed Howard Beckett Directly , not even an acknowledgement to my correspondence. Disgraceful and Unacceptable

They are very, very BAD & Useless people! Despite 15 years of membership, paying every month for 15 years I have never found anyone to help me when I need it! :( They owe me a lot of returns & backdated money back! Do NOT join! :(

I would not say that the union is never there when you need them is just that the system of the employers who knows the system of the union so when you need the union they give you a little time for the union to help you. It is a very on fair treatment. Staff should join the union because they need the union.
