We bought our pushchair from Tommys and I had to write a review to say the service has been soooo good!!! so glad we bought from here rather than an online retailer. We had a problem with our wheel and the team helped to get it fixed really quickly :)

The guys were so incredibly helpful, knowledgeable & kind. I got the pram I’ve been wanting for nearly 8 months now. They had a great selection & loads of stock. Would highly highly recommend going to shop for your pram, car seat & other essentials for your baby. By far the best baby shopping experience.

We have bought a travel system for our baby - they offered an amazing deal on the pram we loved that we couldn't find anywhere else! The service was great from start to finish with attentive customer service in store, over the telephone and via email. They provided updates on our order and arranged the delivery quickly. Unfortunately one item was missing due to production delays. Shah responded to our emails promptly and kept us informed. When the item arrived, he personally delivered it to us to avoid any further delays! Great service, we couldn't be happier!

What great customer service! We had no idea what we wanted from a trae system as first time parents but the guy is store spent a long time helping us choose and try out the different bits with honest opinion on brands. Would highly recommend it and we will be back for more baby gear!

I went in with my husband looking for a lightweight pram. The sales men are way too pushy and my husband was bamboozled into buying everything but a lightweight pram. Their customer service is exhausting and frustrating when heavily pregnant. And it seems you cannot get your money back despite it being less than 24 hours since purchase.I wish I'd gone elsewhere...

Used this company 7 years ago and the service then was friendly, helpful and met all my baby needs. Back again 7 years later and left with a weight of my shoulders and with the feeling that the most important bits have been sorted thanks to their help.I would recommend choosing a package or tailor made package which then gives you time to pay off until you are close to baby due date.Thank you to the gentleman at Tommy’s who was patient, able to meet my needs for baby and answered all my questions.

Bought from Tommy's in Peckham few furniture items and a travel system, very pleased with their level of customer service. Had a issue with our order but it got solved soon, so we are overall happy with the experience. They have very good quality baby furniture and prams. My experience here along with my wife was not a good one. We came in on Saturday 21st Jan at around 3:30pm. The guy in the shop was nice enough to begin with and then was pretty rude and very nonchalant when we were looking at a pram. Then he told us that it was 'too much' to change some of the components on the pram which we thought was not good at all considering this is a big purchase, it should not be 'too much' effort to help us out to aid us with our decision.After that the person was non-attentive so we left the store and we won't be coming here again. Whoever owns that shop should take a look at their staff as a main component of the job as far as I'm concerned is to help the customer and ultimately sell the customer. Such a shame considering it's got great reviews.

Purchased our pushchair/carrycot bundle and high chair from Tommy’s. Excellent service from placing the order, receiving updates on when the items would arrive, and communicating when they were ready for pick up. The team know their stock and we’re very patient. At pick up, they went out of their way to help trolley the items to the next street over so we could get a taxi home (taxis had trouble parking on Rye Lane).

I have personally been using Tommy’s for over 11 years, for all my children. Shar and his colleagues are amazing! Informative, understanding and extremely helpful. The range of prams they stock in store is extensive too, so if you want to physically try out a pram, this is the place to go, unlike other retailers like (John Lewis) which have a limited range. I’ve recommended everyone I know who is pregnant to visit them, as you will never be disappointed. I would never purchase a pram or car seat from anywhere else, they’re always my go to retailer.
