Crystal Nails

The nail technicians are attentive and you'll get an ok experience overall. Although they appear to have a good range of colours, they were struggling to match things. My gel nails chipped on the first evening after I had them done which was super disappointing - I suspect they use the cheap stuff in comparison to other places I've been to. Overall - the place is ok if you want some quick nails before your holiday or an event but wouldn't use them regularly as they're not cheap but also don't impress you with the quality of their work.

Really great service, lovely friendly staff. Have been pleased with nails every time. All staff are perfectionist they never rush even when busy so end results are perfect every time. They advise when unsure on shape or colour and always make you feel like nothing is too much. 10 out of 10 from me.

I wish I could give no stars!Great location if you live in Epsom and that’s it! If you looking for clean nail salon with good customer service this place is not for you! the actual technique is horrendous. Thick and uneven glued nails. Don’t waist your money and time for this place!

Went in for acrylic with normal colour and while I was looking at some samples to choose colour I asked the guy are all these normal colour? (Meaning no shellac)And he replied “yeah yeah all colours”. I picked the one I wanted and after he done the first hand he put on the lamp to dry them. Only then I realised he had but shellac on my nails. I had to pick up my son and didn’t have the time to re-do them so I didn’t say anything. When I tried to pay I was short 10£ as I wasn’t planning on having shellac so I asked if I could pay the rest amount with card cause cash wasn’t enough. The guy said “yeah”so I took out my card and then he said “there is a machine outside on the left”. My nails look ok only thing is they turn upwards (which I don’t like) instead of looking straight. I guess the guy both of the times didn’t understand what I was saying so he replied to what he thought I was asking. Will not be going back.

Lovely young gent did a very good job on my acrylic finger nails. Def go back.

My nails got done so fast and very peaceful with lovely music and of course, I always get an amazing result

Excelent service. I highly recommend this place. The only down side is they don't do bookings, so you have to have a sit and wait for your turn.

First visit to crystals nail lounge for a manicure and polish. very snatisfied with the service provided. I am happy to recommend it as well worth a visit. Also reasonably priced

My nails are always done exactly how I want them. Quick service, fair price and friendly staff. When I have tried other places, I always end up back at crystals.
