Malton Post Office

Absolutely shocking service from woman behind counter, went to pick up a parcel with email stating drop off done at this post office, showed email to woman politely, she checked for the parcel then said it wouldn't be here because it's not close enough to where I live" even though I had email and wanted parcel delivered to the post office regardless etc ??? asked her to at least check again

Went into the post office yesterday and the lady called Janet was incredibly helpful and I can’t sing her praises high enough.Postage is quite complicated these days but Janet was very clear and incredibly helpful.I can’t recommend this post office highly enough.

This is the worst post office I’ve ever used. Staff are so rude it’s actually quite shocking. Walked up to the counter near the door to top up my electricity key, you can only do it at that counter, and before even asking what I wanted the woman just pointed as if to say I had to go round the corner until I asked if I could do my electricity with which I was greeting with an eye roll a sigh and a stern ok. Honestly the rudest experience I’ve had in a post office! I then wanted to post something and I was made to go round to other counter even though that service is available at the one I was already at. Whenever I go in to this post office to do something you feel like you are wasting staff time and you shouldn’t be in there. You need to offer your workers some customer service training!

Extremely rude staff who work here. I actively avoid this place and only visit when absolutely desperate. I’d hold onto your parcels and take them elsewhere! Other than the post office section, it’s all tat anyway

Staff are always helpful and pleasant. They have a great range of greeting cards .

Nasty horrible people . women all rude with bad attitudes. The bald guy was abrupt, arrogant, argumentative. this post office is a disgrace all down to its detestable staff.In response to the below reply, there is no resolution you can offer, the staff are a disgrace
