The person I spoke to Adam, was kind and patient as Business Insurance is not something I usually arrange. The price compared well with other quotes, in fact much cheaper than previous insurer. He stayed late at work to get us on cover straight away.

Been with APlan a while now. A very personal service. Always get back to you when the say they will. Staff are all really friendly. Competitive rates although you do have to call each year to check you getting the best possible deal. (The same with any insurance company) so not a complaint. Will continue using for many years.

I phoned up re life insurance. I received a call the next day (SAT) I gave all the details asked of me. The man said he would look into it and put me on hold. In the meantime my mobile cut us off. I phoned my local branch to get re connected and received an indication there was a call coming through, the lady I was speaking to said hang up from me and answer the call. I did. Nothing. Since the no one has got back to me.???????

By far the best insurance company I have ever delt with.So helpful and explain everything before you sign on the dotted line .I found them the cheapest, some year's and slightly dearer other years but I let them know and they always do there best to get near it and I have stayed with them for 8 year's now.With an office in Newport is local and you can see someone in person if needed.

Always have our vehicles insured through A-Plan, for us they are cheapest and they are always very helpful on the phone. They who I always recommend to friends and family. I mostly like that any claims issues or anything you deal with them, you dont get palmed off to another company. Also a shout out to Oliver who today has exceeded my expectations in coming back with a quote and having it sorted within 30 mins, he even noticed I had said the wrong value amount of the car based on his knowledge of cars and prices.

I rang them for car insurance and they said they’d call me back, they never ever did I when I rang them again no answer, disgusting service!!

5/5 - I would recommend using A-Plan for Insurance as they provide above the normal standard of service when it was my first experience looking for car insurance. And the employee Richard helped me to find the best offers and not only this but really pleasant service at the same time. Thank you!

Disappointing visit to this well located branch. Having purchased a new scooter, I was shopping around for an annual comprehensive insurance policy. I often go online and use comparison sites however I wanted to visit a local business and deal with someone face to face.I telephoned in the morning and asked if I needed an appointment, the member of staff was extremely helpful and friendly and I felt inspired to use this business to help me with my insurance needs. On a Saturday, they are open until 12 noon so I decided to arrive at 11am to allocate enough time for the quotation and discussion.When I went inside, the ambience was nice and there were some comfy sofas to wait on, so I took a seat. I was greeted by a friendly member of staff and I told them I was looking for an insurance quote for my new scooter. They told me it wouldn't be a moment.Almost immediately I was then allocated a customer service representative to help me. I discussed my needs for the cover which were fairly generic, a comprehensive insurance policy for social, domestic and pleasure use only. The agent was professional but it lacked the personal touch and feel and I didn't feel valued, nevertheless I provided with them with the information honestly to all of their questions. I made it clear that I had substantial no claims bonus too which should have gone a long way in helping with a competitive quote.The member of staff apparently seemed apprehensive and reluctant about being able to help, or should I say 'offer' an insurance quote given some complications. What they explained was that they would need to speak to their manager to discuss it. That meant that obviously I wouldn't be leaving with the quote that I'd hoped to obtain. I let the member of staff know my contact details should they have any further questions. Furthermore, I was advised that I'd hear back at the beginning to middle of the following week (I visited on Saturday, so the following Mon-Weds).No phone call or email came. I was going to chase it, but then the following Monday (around 8 days later), I received a phone call lasting no more than one minute with the adviser telling me that they'd spoken to the insurers and are unable to offer me a policy. Ridiculous owing to the simplicity of the product required and also the fact that it took them an excessively long time to contact me back, I thought they'd forgotten!In my opinion this was poor service that I received from this branch and they did not make much attempt to assist me in finding alternatives or signposting me in other directions, given that they could not help. I visited this location based on a positive recommendation from a family member however it didn't live up to the positive standards they expressed to me. Unfortunately for this reason I won't visit this business again or use their services, very disappointed really as the service could have been much better and the staff more helpful.
