Unbelievable and unprofessionalWent to view a car that seemed genuine, rang them 5 times to let them know I’m on my way no answer, when I get there I pulled them up on why does no one answer there phone and to be fair he was apologetic.Now the car they said that was “beautiful condition” was caked in dust and dirt, rear tyre was flat, cream interior had all black grease and grime over it and when I took the car for a test drive it was pouring out with blue smoke. Which their response was “that’s how it came” typical car dealers wasted 65 miles of my time and money to be lied to.Anyone in the future I would be cautious and if you do not know what you’re looking at them I would advice you take someone with mechanical experience with you because these guys will try and sell you a snowball in the summer.

AVOID - How in the world they think they can run a business like that is beyond me. Filthy cars, the car I viewed was hemmed in by about 20 others so I couldn't test drive. It had been sat running for a good while as the engine temp was high (RED FLAG) and it was absolutely battered and not running well. Rude, unhelpful, and an absolute disgrace of a business. I hope they go under as they do not deserve anyone's business.

Absolute joke of a company sold me a broken car, awful customer service, cars boxed in here there and everywhere, cars with flat tyres everywhere, like a domino effect with the car I purchased, once one thing went wrong 7/8 things shortly followed.

We bought a car from here and unfortunately after 3 wks the gear box broke, we rang them and after getting a diagnostic report done for them on their request we had to take car to their mechanic where within 5 days our gear box was reconditioned as still under warranty qith no issues or problems and the gear box coming qith own warranty.Would've been 5 stars if provided hire car

Sadly I had to give 1 star, phoned the sales place up last week & no answerSent a text message to say is it ok to view the Porsche Cayenne on Tuesday as I had a job out that wayYep was the answer sent a text this morning with a time to view ( didn’t want to leave a deposit due to all the bad reviews on google )Turned up with a trailer in tow just incase it was a good car......... apparently the car was sold yesterdayA little text or a call would of been really niceLooks like they have missed out on two sales as I had a friend after an R8 Audi tooAs for the place cars everywhere covered in dust flat tyres all parked on wastelandDefinitely one to avoid I think zero customer serviceWe probably could of done a lot of business as I get asked for good cars all the time by customersDefinitely worth reading the reviews on this place

Rang to make an appointment for four hours later. Arrived to find car boxed in by 20 other cars. It didn’t matter because the car wouldn’t start, even with a battery booster. Car advertised with “full service history” hadn’t been serviced for 5 years. Undisclosed accident damage to front of car. Staff totally uninterested. How can you sell cars like this?

Avoid at all cost they hide the fact most cars are cat d and try and sell cars that should be scraped, do not use you will be left out of pocket

BOUGHT CAR FROM THESE COWBOYS. NEVER WASHED CAR, VERY DIRTY. PRIOR TO COLLECTION. HAD TO WAIT AROUND WHILST THEY MOVED CAR AROUND TO GET TO MINE. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT AS VEHICLE WAS CAT N. BLAMED THERE SO CALLED 3RD PARTY ADVERTISER. TOP IT OFF HAD NERVE TO SAY IF I WANT TO PAY FOR WARRANTY, SHOULD OF BEEN CHUCKED IN WITH SALE FOR POOR MANAGEMENT.

Would definitely avoid doing any dealings with these guys. An absolute joke, brought a motor they said was sound looked good, turns out it was ruined and had to be scrapped one month later. They were also trying to sell me 3 months warranty for £300. So yeah absolutely avoid these cowboys
