Great service from start to finish from Prime Aluminium. They fitted some bifolds to our on site café. Olivia was so helpful when we were ordering and the fitting process was speedy and efficient. The doors are amazing quality and the best price we found for similar products. Thank you for keeping us warm this winter!

Poor communication and unhelpful customer service. Our delivery has been delayed and we have had no contact from either Prime or the courier to tell us when the door will be arriving.

WarningAbsolutely disgusting customer service.They quote you, then increase the quote after you have quoted customer for the door.Refuse to let you collect and insist there is a further £150 delivery fee on top of the all in" price quoted.Avoid. This company is not ran properly."

Just got my 3 meter bifold doors delivered they look quality.. The end to end process was brilliant. Prime Aluminium kept me informed at every stage. Even delivery from Leeds to Liverpool arrived bang on time Definitely recommending Prime Aluminium to my friends and family. Thanks to Jake and the team

AVOID AVOID AVOID,what a rubbish company, orderes some bi fold doors in September, and was told 3-4 weeks for delivery, but infact took 6 and half weeks, frame and doors were 2 different colours, so delivery driver took them away to replace and now still waiting 9 weeks later, and company is ignoring my calls and refusing to give refund, but if you ring off a different phone number they answer straight away and make excuses saying factory have dispatched them, now having to go through legal proceedings get this resolved,

Fantastic company!! I shopped around and was delighted to find Prime Alluminium. Best price on all products so no need to waste time searching. The doors arrived promptly, they are superb quality and exactly as I ordered. We broke one of the hinges when installing them (our fault entirely) so I had to contact the customer services team, Olivia was amazing, she went above and beyond arranging for a new one to be shipped to me. It's so hard to find both great value for money and awesome customer service within 1 company but I did that with Prime Aluminium- highly recommended!! I'll be back to purchase more as soon as we move onto our next project.

Ordered a set of standard bifold doors 3m wide excellent service from initial enquiry through to order and delivery doors come in a kit and are relatively easy to fit for a competent DIY handyman quality is excellent and really good value for money I am very pleased with the help received and how they look and operate
