The staff was very cold, and unfriendly. Seemed almost annoyed at our presence. Did not feel welcomed. Ridiculous price with no reference. I advise others seek independent stores for much cheaper prices than this.The staff told us to pay £50 for a building key, and was very persistent that we give him a code. While we totally understand and respect the protocol, the staff was too quick to shut us down and barely noticed or reflect our concerns, wasn’t very helpful, did not feel nice to be treated in such a way.

Great as always, received my boots back well repaired, always pleasure to deal with, kindness, politeness and perfect work done.

Quality and fast work.

Just don't. I reviewed this already. Total incompetence. Service poor. Absolutely no. Ffs couldn't get a battery in a watch.

Terrible customer service. Xenophobic man behind the till yesterday afternoon.The man was speaking to me in a belittling way the moment he heard my accent.With the Scottish elder lady before me, he was super friendly, but when it was my turn he kept raising his voice and called me wrong and liar.I showed a receipt and the keys with their Timpson tags, and asked them to be done again, as they were not done well the first time. But he just denied me service and shouted at me that I am wrong! Shouted at me!The utter disrespect he treated me with is unacceptable!A bit of education on treating all customers equally, regardless of their background, would be much appreciated...I don't recommend this Timpson!
