Worst possible experience ever. I just got my nails done by them and specifically asked for a full set of acrylics and shellac. I wanted straight tips and nails filed thin. She completely ignored what I asked for the acrylic was lumpy on my nails and all over terrible. At the end of the service I made this clear and she was extremely rude and said I was wasting her time and proceeded to cut off all of my nails. She re-did the nails how I asked for but still the acrylic was lumpy and not applied properly. However, this time she proceeded to cut 3 of my fingers causing my them to bleed due to the filing. At the end I still didn’t receive what I want and was forced to pay £38 when I was originally told £32. Dreadful service.

So happy that I found this place to do my nails! Lovely people there! Never had to wait too long.

The way all staff here rush the job and move your hands around like hurry up i have to do this asap. They dont put in extra effort, poor hygiene standards the place is filthy dusty and not wiped down. They always make me bleed when doing the cuticles and always know one thing, you can confirm the price in the beginning but by the and of it they always have a different price. They are looters. Stopped going here i prefer cleanliness, good service and going elsewhere where your work isnt rushed and charged extra for.

Im not happy with the service. I go to the shop to try the pedicure shellac. When she did scrubbing my feet she make wound because she’s not doing it properly. Im in pain now. She not even give me any compensation for this. This is horrible. First time I experienced in the nail salon to make u wound. And I payed the service full.

Found this place by chance. I got a pedicure and manicure shellac. The lady who did my feet spoke at my feet to her colleague. It was very obvious they were talking about me in their native tongue. I found that extremely unprofessional. She then rushed my hands. She did a shellac manicure within 20 mins. I found them rude and I definitely will not be going there again. If you want a great job done, to be valued as a customer and not to have shellac coming off your hands within 3 days then don't bother going here unfortunately.

I've been going to this place for nearly two years and haven't had much complaints however, this was acceptable.I had my nails done on Thursday (infil plus a nail missing).One nail broke half way thorugh my shift scanning meat and then the today morning picking up my 5 year old son the pinky breaks so I went to the shop to tell them and I ask fairly for my money back, her response and way of talking was not very professional and then told me it's not a guarantee when I leave they wont break and I shouldn't be picking up my son if I have the nails long as they will break but, I've been doing them for over 12 years :/I'm not even angry I'm so dissapointed - no refund given neither!I sadly wont be going there again and I've also told my sister in law plus 3 friends whom also go about this and I don't think they'll be back either as they also had some complaints.

I went in on Monday morning and already three nails have chipped. I went in and was very specific about what I wanted and came out looking like a 2 year old had drawn sharpie on it and after I asked them multiple times to correct it, they still didn’t. Won’t be returning here. Also at first when it was just me and my friend in the shop they were going slowly taking there time etc, straight after people came in there rushed and became really rude.

Got SNS and within 2 days 4 of my nails were chipped. Went back for them to repair and it still then chipped within 2 days. Extremely poor quality, would not recommend. I’ve had to go and get everything completely redone elsewhere and it’s been less than a week.
