Horrible customer service!This review is 100% genuine. You wont be able to find me on your records as i was basically shunned point blank and told to go elsewhere. Ridiculous as it would have been beneficial for your business and me to have built a relationship. Very unfortunate.This review doesnt speak for every member of staff except the old women who i was unluckily asked to meet with, i found her very discourteous, ill mannered and condescending. I was questioned whether my watch was actually real or not what a joke!!!!! Obvious lack of knowledge.It only leaves one to ponder that this is the basic level off customer service skills and knowledge all off your staff have. It is highly unacceptable when dealing with valuable items where customers like me and many others have spent money, hard earned money on unique pieces then made to feel worthless.

I have made a number of trades with this company over the years. Up until today they have always been receptive. I made an enquiry over the past week regarding the purchase of a watch. I had 2 existing pieces that I wanted to part exchange. I was asked to provide specific information regarding the watches....make, model number, box and papers, condition etc. This was fully disclosed and I was then given a part exchange valuation subject to the watches being 'as described'. I made an appointment and then visited iconic. The proprietor of the shop said the watches were indeed as described but because she didn't like them and thought they would be hard to sell she didn't want to proceed with the transaction.I will give the proprietor her dues....she was certainly candid in explaining her motives.After dealing with them over may years the way I have been treated today means I will never be able to deal with them again. Sorry it has ended like this

I was extremely fortunate enough to purchase a popular watch at what I considered a fantastic price during its current market value. I dealt with Alison, Mariana and Priscilla at various times and all 3 ladies were brilliant! Extra special thanks to Priscilla as I sent a few emails back and forth and she was always there to respond and help immediately.The watch is 10/10 as described, I would say Unworn and couldn’t recommend them enough! A very good/popular dealer in my town new immediately who Zachery was and explained to me he has a huge place in the watch dealer world! Phoned up in advanced before visiting shop because of distance. On arrival I was made very welcome with no pressure whatsoever in making a purchase. Very friendly and very helpful. I almost felt they were friends. The no pressure made the experience very enjoyable. Bought a lovely Tudor watch. Definitely recommend them. Hope to do business again. Thanks.

I've used the brilliant Iconic Watches for the past 25 years or so.The quality of the service is what first drew me to them and of course, the incredible price points.Have had several great watches both new and pre-owned, had my pieces serviced and returned like new, I even ended up buying a stunning 1.5 carat solitaire diamond ring for my then wife when I'd just popped in to leave a watch for service!I have the utmost pleasure in recommending Zac and the team at IconicWatches, you can't go wrong with these guys.

Zac and Iconic Watches offer a bespoke concierge service in sourcing and supplying very sought-after watches. From initial enquiry by email to confirmation of the watch being available in store was less than 4 weeks; during this time I was kept updated and informed of when the watch was expected to arrive into stock. Once it had arrived I made a personal visit to their premises in Blackburn and was warmly welcomed by Zac and the Team where the purchase process was completed. Highly recommended for their first-class friendly service and market competitive prices.
