From start to finish the service I got from Allen Ford Nuneaton was second to none. Kyle was brilliant, had answers to every question I had and went through every little detail. The cars here are are stunning and reasonably priced. I’m not sure I’d entertain going to another dealer again. Would 100% recommend to anyone

Was so happy with my experience buying my Puma with Allen Ford Nuneaton. This was my first new car purchase and felt well supported with their friendly and knowledgeable approach. Waited 6 months for my car (was well worth it) but was provided regular status updates, so I didnt feel confused with the waiting process.Was also impressed with the reveal of my car - won't say too much so doesn't ruin surprise for others! Truly recommend this dealership.

Bought a used Fiesta from Allen Ford. It was a more pleasant process than I expected. Not too much of the hard-sell on the extras that I didn't want. Charlie was very helpful. A good experience.

Quite often with other companies you deal with several people and information gets lost or calls not returned. Fantastic service from Josh and the team. Josh helped us choose a suitable car and Ben made the buying process really easy for us. We had a fab Hollywood Handover and nothing was too much trouble from the very beginning right through to handover. Josh even called on his day off to check everything was OK with the new car, and was able to answer all our questions. He has the patience of a saint! Excellent dealership. All personal are extremely knowledgable in the area that they work in. It is a very friendly dealership. I felt very comfortable with the salesman Kyle who I purchased my new Ford from. He made me feel very welcome every time I visited the dealership, he guided me through the whole process with friendliness. He was very knowledgable and thought of everything to complete my purchase. He made sure I had everything I asked for.I would say he has excellent Customer Service Skills.I have also dealt with the service department on many occasions with previous Fords that I have purchased and had them serviced at this dealership. Again extremely friendly, knowledgable and courteous.I cannot fault this dealership.

They're always happy to accommodate special requests — notably our COVID safety concerns. And their video service reports mean you don't have to take their word for it when additional parts/work is required, you can see if for yourself, which provides added peace of mind when it comes to getting any follow-up work done.
