This place is absolutely medieval. There’s issues with water supply on a weekly basis as well as occasional problems with electricity and internet connectivity. The management is absolutely shocking. Here’s a tip if you’re looking to rent or buy - don’t.

Buy here if you want to live on a development full of building management staff utterly incapable of basic project planning or empathy for the fact people live here.Hot water constantly breaks, either caused directly by careless side effects of the buidling work C&C are undergoing, or by straight up negligence via lack of servicing and proper mananagement. Basic things are left broken and unusable for months, and in some cases even years, because the site staff don't see them as a priority to fix, even though they effect the people who actually live here. The things they do install often end up breaking or need changing a few weeks after installation due to sloppy work.

For the property prices you would think the lifts and hot water would be reliable.. think again. C and C neglect building management. Sugar house has been without a lift for well over a month. It’s got several floors….

Visited the restaurant last night and WOW - the food was AMAZING! Even got to have a chat with Peter Sanchez-Iglesias. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and even writing this review my mouth is watering at the thought of the food!!!

This was the second time we have visited the restaurant. The first time we had the tasting menu which was truly remarkable. However a word of warning, you need to be hungry to get the most out of it!. For our second visit a few days ago we had a small party at the restaurant and had a selection of 3 or 4 dishes per person; this also was very very good. The staff even accommodated my students son who turned up at the last minute for the chance of a Michelin rated meal. For the wines we had both red and white and even the least expensive on the menu were unanimously enjoyed by all. Finally, the ambience is what makes the restaurant an enjoyable space for a few hours. Although full we never felt like we were waiting or that the restaurant was too busy to look after us. My wife also mentioned that the food was better than a Tapas she had had in Barcelona recently. Praise indeed.
