Ice Locker Sheffield

I went to Sheffield for a competition. While there I had Lee at Ice Locker Sheffield look over my blade. I recently found out it was curved and making skating more difficult. Lee spotted the issue immediately and fixed it on the spot. He also sharpened my skates while there. The best sharpening and customer service I have ever experienced from a skate shop!

Went today to buy some new skates. Amazing service, I was offered to try different makes and sizes and my final choice fitted and adjusted to fit perfectly. Can't praise this store enough and highly recommend

Went for a skate fitting, left with my freshly sharp boots the same day.As someone that hates hidden shops, here is some directions from the entrance of IceSheffield: go through the main doors, past the main desk, look left for a set of glass double doors, walk down the steps and you’ll have skate hire on your right. Go right past skate hire and into the other pad. Keep going straight on and the shop is on your wall to the right. There are some signs but there’s a bit of a gap between them

I visited the Sheffield Store on Wednesday 2 March and was welcomed by Lee & Jake. I initially went in for some guidance on blades. Lee dealt with us and talked us through what he could see with my daughters current skates. He allowed my daughter to try on different brands and styles, encouraged her to walk around till she felt comfortable. He spoke directly to my daughter and never over her. He never tried to hard sell or change anything about himself when I said we would think about it. He was the same from start to finish and was amazing. Jake was also very welcoming and helpful while serving other customers. I am happy to say that we did purchase new boots and blades and had a 5 * service. Keep up the great work guys. We will most definitely be back anytime we are down.

Visited for the first time today to get my daughter some new skates as what we thought her old ones were getting too small. Turns out they're not too small just wasn't wearing them properly. Was given good advice on how to fasten them etc and which skates would be good for her for the next level. Didn't leave with new skates, just sharpened the old ones. They could have let us spend our money for no reason, just given good advice instead. Thank you.

Popped in to get my goalie skates sharpened. I didn't actually think they'd be saveable given the amount of damaged to the steel, in fact, they looked more like a cheese grater than a skate blade. Lee told me he could sort them and he did, no extra charge but more time than the usual touch up. Will definitely be coming back for routine maintenance in the future!

amazing, went in with my mum to get some skates for me to start figure skating. lovley guy, didnt try sell us anything we didnt need and was amazingly helpfull! (bought the skates for a great price + guards)
