Initially introduced to weights following a few ladies strength classes with Jessica, I have since started PT sessions with Aaron. Having never done weight training in my life, now at 43 years old and post cardiac surgery, this was a daunting prospect. Aaron has had a wonderful way of pushing me to be my best but at the same time instantly putting me at ease. He is very professional, supportive, and has expert knowledge on all things fitness and nutrition.I can't express how much I am enjoying my weights journey so far and would highly recommend!
