My experience each time has been that everyone from receptionist to dentist and assistant have been very helpful, with great attention to detail and excellent results. Crina is a perfectionist! I have seen a few dentists and waited quite some time to have a bit of work done which I was very nervous about but she’s done an amazing job. Thank you so much.

Amazing practice.Reception Staff are simply fantastic. They are friendly, professional and nothing is too much trouble. They deserve as much credit as possible as they really do go above and beyond for you.I have been dealing with Josie, Rachel and the Oral Surgeon. I have to say, I have never had more professional, empathetic and clearly communicated care. I have never felt anything and they are able to make me feel calm and looked after - something I have not always felt before with Dentists. I can not thank you guys enough for my care - thank you for everything!The practice itself is clean, professional and has a wonderful atmosphere. It is calm and relaxed and everyone smiles.Thank you to all the staff at Goodleigh Dental Practice. Getting a place at your practice is the best thing that has happened to me and my mouth!

the lady dentist who looked after my mum was the most unpleasant person I've ever met. Very rude and inpatient towards my mum who is elderly and doesn't speak the language. We had 4 appointments to fit the denture and each took no more than 2 minutes. It almost felt like she had better things to do every time we came in. Never going back to this practice

I've been registered with Goodleigh Dental for as long as I've lived in Chelmsford (13+ years) and my 9 year old daughter and husband are both registered. We had to take a trip there today for my daughter to have a portion of her front adult tooth rebuilt following an accident resulting in a large chip. My daughter was incredibly nervous and tends to let her sensitivities get the better of her. Dr Jyoti Marwaha and her lovely assistant were amazing with her - patient and calm, talking her through each stage of the process and showing her all of the instruments they would be using in advance, giving her a mirror so that she could watch what was happening. They were absolutely fantastic, I can't recommend them enough for anyone with a nervous disposition or nervous child.

This isn't my usual dentist but had been recommended to go to them in my time of need (extreme pain awaiting a root canal from my usual dentist and they hadn't done all they needed). Great advice, friendly team and got me in within 24 hours! Thank you all very much and I will be making Goodleigh my regular dentist from now on!

Woman on reception told there were no appointments this week. Despite me informing her that I had excrutiating pain. Spoke to another lady who said there were lots of appointments this week. When first lady challenged about this, she accused me of lying. Despite her telling me this twice. Then she says to her colleage Sarahs* been telling them that theres appointments this week". Then magically found me an appointment. Not an ounce of compassion

This was the best experience i ever had in my life! So i trully recomand the place! All the staff was incredible, sooo nice and the staff from the cabinet was so gentle with me! Because of them i am not scared anymore! Thank you Goodleight Dental Practice! ❤️❤️❤️

Mine and my husbands first experience at Goodleigh Dental with Dr Shorifa and the team was nothing short of welcoming, friendly and professional.Dr Shorifa and her assistant were so quick to put me at ease and for the first time in my 41 years of life, not only did Dr Shorifa fully inspect my teeth and gums, but she EDUCATED me on how to better look after them with demonstrations, information, and technique. I left her check-up with a renewed sense of investment in the health of my teeth and gums.What a lovely, personable and informative dentist. If you are nervy with dentists like I am, she is perfect.Thank you Goodleigh Dental for the wonderful treatment - we are so glad we are now patients at your practice.

I had a checkup with Shareefa who was so kind and caring and really helpful with some tips on oral hygiene . Shareefa and her assistant were so accommodating and helpful with my 17m old who was very tired and grumpy! Thank you for putting me at ease , I can’t recommend them enough. Receptionist was also super helpful in trying to get us in as quickly as possible as baby was getting restless. Thank you!
