The staff were helpful and knowledgeable. They ensured me and my pet were both well taken care of. My pet experienced some difficulties following a surgery and the support and advice I was given was fantastic. I was reassured, my pet had follow up visits with the nurse and vet to ensure they were recovering well.

From the minute I arrived i was looked after from reception staff. It was my first time with my new pup. After checkup by vet wich I thought she was very professional and affectionate towards giving injections. I had to goto reception to check that they have the right names etc. They were really great. I would not hesitate to advise friends etc to use your services. I would also like to thank all for the pleasant visit on my behalf and my new pup which got spoilt with treats. Look forward to future visits thank you

Overall experience was perfect start to finish. Colleagues were friendly at reception and the vet was very helpful and lovely. Recently changed from a previous practice and best thing we did. Excellent first experience.

Took my dog in for annual injection,was informed 4 teeth needed extracting,had it done £340,included was £99 for cleaning,was then informed they all needed to b extracted,quoted over £1200 for teeth extraction,had the same procedure done elsewhere £374,this practice is only after money

Really helpful staff, nothing too much trouble. Had to call in for some tablets while we were away from home - we are registered with vets4pets at home - and thry were grezt! Recommended

My kitten ate tinsel off the Christmas tree in the morning at 7.30. Was at Vets 4 Pets at 8.40, tried less invasive treatment which didn't work then emergency operation. Explained everything and provided much needed emotional support, felt included and supported. Thank you Vets 4 Pets. If anyone reads this, BAN tinsel from your home!

Receptionist was polite however I have to ask her twice to slow down on the explanation as English is my second language I need time to understand what was being said. Felt like both receptionist and the vet was rushing I didn’t fully understand how to take care of my pet as the consultation last 5 min or less and felt like they were rushing to get the next client didn’t feel they really care about my pet“Money factory actually”
