Cafe Mattia
A small café located amongst the shops of Clarks Village. Excellent value in comparison to larger chains alongside tasty food and quick service. Great value with classic dishes such as a Full English Breakfast coming in at £4.95, and the Chicken Caesar Salad at £5.50. (Both large portions.) A selection of cold drinks is available alongside freshly made hot drinks, smoothies, and milkshakes.

We visited the Clarke village pork stand and we're appalled by both the service and the food. The guy who served made sarcastic comments to the customer in front, who he walked away in disgust. We were then treated to the same short, sarcastic manner with further comments made when we explained we didn't want salad. Unsurprisingly the couple behind were unhappy with the service too. We then got to enjoy and over-priced sloppy roll. Minimum pork caked in sauce on an overly dry roll for £4.50.If you like your service condescending and sarcastic, and your food below average and over-priced this is the place for you!

Excellent. Nice choice of light bites and the coffee is good. A much nicer experience than the chain coffee shop next door, which always has massive queues and is pretty dingy in comparison. Decent toasted panini and large latte for less than £8, at a clean table.

Went in for a coffee and snack today. I can honestly say I’d never in a million years ever go back. We had to clear our own table. Coffee was not hot and panini was stale even after toasted. But I’d advise for this place - don’t take orders if no seats. You have to walk into separate section to order and when you get order there’s nowhere to sit as locals obviously know how it works - one grabs a seat while the other orders. Thereby no seating after you’ve placed your order. Terrible food and no service. Staff don’t appear to care that people have to clear own tables - I’ll be reporting this place to the food standards agency too. Carol Evans ps this is the first bad review I’ve ever given to anyone in over 40 years but well deserved in this case I’m afraid and if I can stop anyone else making the same mistake then I’ve done someone a favour.

Quite a small place but nice food and coffee. We only wanted a light lunch so ordered a chicken salad thinking it would only be a small portion as was only £5.50. The portion was enormous so fantastic value for money. Bon appetite.

No price list, when I asked how much a panini was the staff member replied ' different prices that are on my system's ' me thinking that isnt very helpfull!!!!! No toilets, seating area is freezing. I ordered a scone with clotted cream, whilst preparing one staff member asked another to sniff the cream which she replied ' I think it's Ok' then proceeded to hand it to me. They are super unprofessional and the panini's are dry and overpriced.( something you will only find out once you have baught the item. Avoid!!!!!

Went in for breakfast this morning, not much on offer .l had a teacake which wasn't as fresh as it should have been, probably a couple of days old because it was toasted they got away with it. My husband had a breakfast bagel, same again not fresh ,he was expecting bacon which he got but the egg was a hard boiled egg which was just cold and sliced up. Coffee was passable wouldn't go back.

If I could give this establishment 0 stars I would. Food overpriced and below average, ham sandwich consisted of a brick of bread with lumps of butter and cheap shinny ham. Service appalling, 5 members of staff ignored us stood at the counter before we were served. When we asked about various sandwich filling answers were one word and quite frankly rude. Would NEVER visit again

It's lovely and Christmassy this time of year , the lights and decorations are especially wonderful throughout Clarks Village ! All staff work so hard at pleasing the customers . The shops are full of great bargains - many times I found absolute bargains that were cheaper here than online ..thoroughly recommend this cafe and it's lovely selection of cakes etc .
