Can’t recommend SBK highly enough from the point of view of buying, selling and being a landlord. They go way beyond any other agent I have dealt with. Even when recuperating from an op Phil came and helped me with the contract, posting it for me and picked me up when I couldn’t drive and took me to re view the property I was buying. Bought my rental in 8 and a half weeks from viewing to completion. Excellent solicitor recommended by them also.

SBK were very good throughout the process. To start, they valued our house at around 10% more than other estate agents and we sold for nearly exactly what they said. I would say they know the local market extremely well and the value/sell-ability of a character home. Phil was extremely proactive, professional and communicative from start to finish. He actually ended up finding the house we purchased before it was officially on the market, which gave us a huge advantage. The rest of the team were also very helpful, especially Peter in getting everything over the line towards the end. I was impressed and would certainly recommend them.
