Took my Shih tzu for a puppy groom. This was his 2nd time at Groom room , 1st time he looked and smelled amazing . I was phoned after just 30 mins and told he was ready . He vomited a pile of treats when put into his seat in the back of my car before we had even left the car park after walking out Pets at Home. Then on proper inspection at home realised that my dog had been shaved that close that he had a hairless patch under his left eye.Not good enough

I rescued a petrified lhasa apsoHe came out looking like a jack Russel litterally scalped.(he wasntmatted),she burnthis balls and tummy i ended up with a week of unsettled nights with him the cut was horrific ,never again avoid the girl with the short blonde hair
