The Allan brothers delivered my sofa and chair from DFS todayThey were great - were running very slightly late due to poor traffic in my area and rang to tell meOn arrival they were professional friendly and gentle with our deliveryThank you Humber Services would definitely recommend

Really good communication, both of the delivery people were nice and took their shoes off without asking. They gave me a 30 minute warning prior to coming, assembled the sofa and took all the packaging away. Thanks :)

Supposed to get our new DFS Sofa's today. Time slot of 10.00am to 13.00pm. Wife waited in all day. Tried phoning Humber Services at 15.00pm & initially got through to ask where are our sofa's where. Only got fobbed off with I will find out where they are & phone you back". Never did

Haven't used their services , but was almost run off the road this evening by one their trucks on A1 , excessive speeding and reckless driving and to top it off throwing obscene handgestures after I blew my horn

So pleased with our new Jay-Be Two Seater Sofabed. Lovely quality, will be a great addition for occasional use (primarily for our grandson, can’t wait for him to stay over!). Thought at <£1k was good value for a well made British piece. Have to say Jaspreet pulled out all the stops to get to us speedily which was appreciated (missed our preferred delivery by one working day…..so last use of the air bed!!). Delivery folk at Humber, particularly Jane (?), also tried to get to us speedily, and the lorry guys were efficient and polite. Gave us a three our window the night before which was helpful. Seal of approval from our Sprocker too! Highly recommend.

If I could put a 0 star I would!! Absolutely avoid!! Won’t call you back or keep you informed, supposedly only have one “router” person to arrange delivery and they can’t deal with anything that the computer doesn’t say or their job title! No customer service support that’s actually acceptable and they get paid for!! Fuming.

Absolute bunch of cowboys, they had our DFS sofa for over six weeks then delivered it back to DFS, don’t ever use this company at any cost.

just had my new sofa delivered and could not be happier with the service,all in and assembled in 10 mins and all packaging taken away very good service and arrived at the start of the time slot

Josh and Ellis delivered my Jay be sofa bed today and they did an excellent job setting it up in my living room. They were ever so courteous and helpful.
