Helen Manson was very knowledgeable, showed compassion, and explained fully in layman’s terms what the problem is with our cat. Very helpful staff too during a difficult period. This was an emergency referral from our normal vets and we couldn’t have been served better. Thanks to everyone (so far) involved care of our beloved Amber. Mr and Mrs Cawdron.

Terrible service. Nearly killed my pet by rushing into surgery when I suggested delaying due to her weight. Over charged me based on incorrect quotation. They are only interested in profit rather than the welfare of your pets. Consider any over veterinary practice in Kings Lynn. Holly is completely useless. Do not take her advice. She needs more training. Awaiting a response from the VCMS as they can’t be bothered to answer emails.

I've been a client of Medivet South Wootton since I moved to Norfolk with my gorgeous Sprocker in 2012. I have had so much wonderful service from them. They did everything they could to keep my boy as comfortable as possible towards the end of his life. They are always 100% professional but also completely empathetic. I wouldn't think of looking at another surgery for my recently inherited kittens!

A very enjoyable visit to the surgery. The receptionist was welcoming and friendly. Appointment started well on time; the Vet gave my dog a very thorough check and helpful advice. I came away happy and confident that Gilly's health would be in good hands in the future.

Had to use as our dog was taken seriously ill whilst we were nearby. Compassionate staff came out to offer help before they were officially open and made an awful situation as good as it could be. We use Medi vet at home and was really useful for them to access our records.
